Promoting from within, communicating with employees, showing compassion, stop being solely focused on sales and start focusing on the client experience.

Establishing efficiencies in processes- overhaul all backroom processes. CFG, loan input, credit, etc

There is no customer service now. It's all about the bottom dollar. The individuals that actually do the job are never asked what needs changed. Things get changed and it isn't always for the better. This bank needs to go back to the basics.

After the recent raise it was made clear the 3 years I've worked with this company have ment little. Although I appreciate getting closer to competitive wages, I find it insulting to make the same as someone just starting.

Salary adjustment to come in line with competitors. Salary is at least $20k lower in my area for the same position at a competitor.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I believe that separating home life from work discussions will help a ton. Talking about drama at home should not be a topic at work. It makes it extremely difficult to focus on tasks here when the environment is a constant gripe of unrelated topics. Positive professional tones in voice are crucial!

Loan processors, underwriters, and our entire team need to do a better job of working together. Sometimes we get caught up in the "closing numbers" and forget there are people on the other end of every transaction.

Leadership & initiatives needs to be aligned with the message being given to the public.

Our speed to accomplish client requests is insanely slow, regardless of how big or small. Our ability to execute at the branch level is embarrassing. Anything that can go wrong typically does, so asking for referrals from clients is painful.

Back to Basics. Back to customer service. STOP investing in programs that DO NOT WORK. Spend some money and get programs that work WITH us, not us ADAPTING to the program.

It is hard to focus at work. I feel filled with rage when rules the company have inforced are not being followed. I started a year ago and it has been a tough journey to feel valued as a worker here. Our customer cliental is also very gripey and angry and tons of smoking cigarettes on the premises.

We have staff members that have been late, sleeping on the teller line, ignoring customers and when brought to the manager they said well she is pregnant so we have to watch what we say..
