Showing that quality is #1, far to many times they want quantity over quality, bypass Delta jobs which back in the day was definitely not allowed but nowadays it’s almost done daily!!

I like the flexibility to use my vacation days whenever I want and the ability to use personal time as needed.

The issue is that compensation is not tied to Merit. It seems to be tied to who you know and who is willing to pull you up the ranks. Compensation is all about moving up not delivery things that actually make the company better

As a part time employee for 2 years I feel my hard work and dedication speaks for itself. Time to get 40 hrs a week and share in some of the benefits (ie, profit sharing and performance bonuses, personal days and paid week vacation) that my full time co workers get.

I am most happy at work when I am feeling challenged. I like when my tasks have deadlines and are well defined and where the biggest challenge isn't figuring out the right person to talk to. I also love participating in employee drive events, D&I events and other social activities.
