I believe that culture could be improved through satisfied employees. When employees are satisfied with the company and the perks it provides the whole vibe changes. Innovation also needs to improve and the employees need to be placed at the center of attention from executives.

Uncertainty. There's a lot of it currently with lots of changes happening, people succumbing to the pressure and wanting to leave. Again, we need to put the employees at the center of attention and ask what they really want and need.
