Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if the company had clearer compensation benefits. People from Argentina have been loosing money each month and no one cared about that situation. No one knows anything and no one has a response. The salaries are very bad. People are underpaid and now one has a clear answer.
