I believe that the periodicity of the recategorizations is a stone on the road to growth and that the salary remuneration could be more in line with the size of Globant as a company, I also believe that better benefits and greater scope could be achieved.

It is important to work together as a team. Teamwork does not mean that everyone has a different task and ath the end they come out with a solution. Instead, working in a team means that there is a leader that understands the weaknesses and strengths of everyone and empowers them to do their best.
