That my whole team has been happy about that compensation and my colleagues have congratulated me. Indeed, when it comes to the financial aspect, you see that your effort has been recognized at both the team and company levels.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if the company had clearer compensation benefits. People from Argentina have been loosing money each month and no one cared about that situation. No one knows anything and no one has a response. The salaries are very bad. People are underpaid and now one has a clear answer.

Since this team was already integrated with some of the actual members, it feels like they just are together between them; they are not integrating the new members easily. For that reason in order to work together better they need to improve their communication and be more open.
