What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Putting the associates first and respect

They need to listen to the employees. They need to not work us to the bone with all the overtime. They need to stop sending junk cups to customers.

Health care is the major issue

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a warehouse driver they expect too much from us and we do not get paid enough. Operators get more pay than we do. Without warehouse drivers the company would fail.

I don't have anything positive to say. I needed to support a family and remained quiet

They need to realize that the company equipment is subpar. We need holidays off. We need paid better. The lighting needs fixed.

It was great 30 years but it slowly worsened its customer service skills

Stop hiring people who have bad reviews from supervisors and do drugs.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing ever goes right. We don't have products when needed and it will never get better scheduling is horrible.
