My direct supervisor is outstanding and tries to get wage and salary increases for the entire team.

Holding people accountable, especially depatment heads. The grocery manager, the assistant store manager and over night grocery manager

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If the employer's, CEO and executive team saw how little the "grunts" make and how we cannot hire enough staff due to the wages being so abysmal.
