Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I deserved help and a chance to fix my life Other nurses get this chance and haven't been there nearly as long as I had. I deserved help and at the very least unemployment compensation. They are cruel and heartless corporation. I would not recommend anyone to work there. The pay is lower than most

They care about the patients, they care about each other. They haven't lost sight of what's important like corporate has.

some good things about my team is that we cooroperate with each other.

Good coworkers. Loyal and dedicated to patients and providing good care. However some nurses are cruel to stnas and patients, even get arrested while on duty but they don't lose their job. Other nurses are not allowed to leave the floor even when their baby was kidnapped and police need their help.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The patients and residents. They are my main concern. They make my job worth doing. Knowing I am helping them day to day

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better benefits, better pay, better management, better staff to patient ratios, better supplies, more caring doctors, better recognition for the important things like good patient care and more help when needed to floor staff. Management is scared to leave the conference room

Staffing ratios are dangerous and nurses are given too much work. Provide more staff each shift
