I was a temp and abused daily

I have a great crew of 4 and we all get along really well

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Our GF makes coming to work hard he immediately created a hostile working environment buy telling my foreman he was hired to fire him and told the rest of us that we are all replaceable. And then singled me out in a meeting and was yelling at me about him trying to be my friend.
