Though it took a little time to get to this point, I do believe I currently am fairly paid. My main feedback is around salary bands, specifically for recruiting/HR - most departments have narrow bands, to ensure similar skill levels are paid fairly. That is not the case for HR, so should be!

Solid base plus a quarterly bonus based on performance. After 3years, also will get paid out with private stocks
