What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Appreciating their employees; saying "thank you" every now and again would be nice. Professionalism is also something that is lacking amongst the leadership team. Lastly, being able to thoughtfully answer questions around diversity and other topics is something that they can improve on.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really don't want for anything. Healthcare is reasonable, the options are plenty and compared to my last company they lived up to every promise of compensation.

Stock performance is a major issue.

Hiring and promotions seem to come from outside. Limited advancement on current roles. Delivering large meaningful projects don't lead to direct individual/team rewards and advancement.

My boss won't have 1:1s with me to tell me how I am doing, so, no professional growth can happen. I am getting paid the least amount on my team and I do as much work as them, if not more. I was given a raise with no opportunity to negotiate and my boss didn't even tell me about the raise!

Self motivated people wanting to do good for the company.

Quality, smart people that are willing to spend extra time for success. This is not in all teams, so it's very satisfying when you can find a great set of teammates.

We are close as a team due to our roles here and we all pitch in to help. I know we can rely on each other when life happens and we keep it positive 100 percent.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The questions were relevant to my position and I had the opportunity to interview with coworkers within my department. I really enjoyed seeing if would fit in with my coworkers and answering questions about day to day issues they face.
