Retaining talent. Switching everyone to Employee's but that will never happen because $$$$ and therein lies the problem.

Stop with the "we're a start up" mentality. Integrity has grown to an enterprise level org with the leadership maturity of small business. And ease up on the kool-aid. It's starting to taste bitter.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our dept is never recognized for the hard work performed as the helpdesk team when we are the foundation of Integrity when it comes to providing technical service as best we can with the resources that we have.

I improved performance of the application and my team. Delivered new features in unreasonable timeline. We were told not to enter overtime even we legitimately work more than 8 hours in a day due to unreasonable timeline to deliver the project. My rate increase has been in progress for 6 months

Align goals and priorities across all teams to ensure consistency. Avoid creating multiple versions of the truth tailored to individual SLT members, and stop selectively validating information with certain teams. Instead, establish a single, unified source of truth that reflects business

Stop letting the tail wag the dog and have a reality check on what defines success. The growth and acquisition pace is unhealthy and will back-fire in a very public way.
