The new leadership of Intel are rallying to create shareholder value, develop and deliver great products for customers, and create an environment where employees can do their best work.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Variety--RSU stock, APB, QPB, SPP, Benefits options, SERPLus salary and bonus deferral, vacation and sabbatical....it all adds up. Benchmarked to market and tied to company results relative to market.
