What does the leadership team need to get better at?
use the intelligence of the employees that have been hired from outside but have extensive industry knowledge outside of KUBRA / way too many decisions are made by people that have only experience from the many years at KUBRA (seems as if the KUBRA way is the only way which is stagnating vision)

health insurance is very good but could be less expensive

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am paid less than the national average for my position.

Back in 2021, I was offered a position with 15k salary bump. I chose to stay at KUBRA. I was given the promotion of Team Lead, but found out someone on my Team was offered more than my initial raise. The difference of our salary is only 5k.

Merit Increase based on the cost and increase of inflation. A Base salary from 1 - 2 years ago is not compatible to now with inflation and cost of living increasing over the last 2 years.

What are some of the best things about your team?
the team works well together and very open with ideas. however most is shot down by the leadership team because they only think the KUBRA way and not what is best for the client
