What do you like best about the leadership team?
I enjoy working at Land O'Lakes. It's nice to work for and has many locations. You can stay within Land O'Lakes and keep your seniority, but move across the country or around the world.

To make our company vision a first priority. It should start by saying employees as first choice.

Floor supervisor is very young and needs to be more assertive and needs more experience before being put in leadership role. Does very well with safety.

Insurance is very reasonably priced and has several in network providers

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Its not about the pay or benefits that make me feel undervalued. Its the feeling no matter how hard I work or how much value I add to the company no one would even say thank you. The only time management communicates with me is when things are not working

I am paid less because I'm a woman, and based on my previous pay. Men who were transferred from a similar position are paid more.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Me. I stay positive. Sometimes my supervisor isn't because her supervisor is too demanding.

Safety culture is preached regularly. Employees on the floor look out for each other

Realizing that they are playing an infinite game in business and need to make better kong term decisions

The interview process is tough. You have to be very prepared to succeed at getting a job.

It was thorough. There was a phone interview, personality test, background check, drug test and in person meeting before being hired.

Its becoming a very corporate structure and less focused on the people working for it. They dont really care about their employees anymore
