We need to work with team leadership and understand our Customer needs and how our Facility is ran by numbers and our goal is to get the parts to our customers on time! With top Quality products! We have team leadership but it can be better!

Appreciating there employees we are nothing & they don't care.. I was out sick & the employee assistant program was pose to help me with the move they said they would pay deposit & 1st months rent on new place while I was out he took up money $250.00 for me I never got she sent to wrong cash app

I have worked very hard at this company. I stayed and asked you. I stayed when I didn't need to. I was doing three jobs at once the job I have now deal with tons and tons of small pieces. I'm all alone. I keep stacking more and more new things on me with no help the way they talk to me like nothing

What did you like most about the interview process?
The person that interviewed me is no longer there, but he was an amazing man great work ethic treated everybody equally give everybody time to tell their side stories. Explain everything. It was always worked out in great time in space. He was a good man and ever since he left that company's gone to

Know more about the people you hire they knew nothing at all about me except I had steel toes and I was to be there at 6 am never filed out app or nothing til after started working
