I think is almost to be "complete", still not at same level as other competitors but I think the HR team is working to improve compensation package in order to include more benefits.

We have created a very united team, we support each other, however I do thin the best thing is we do have a manager that really support us and is there for us to help anytime.

All of them are quialified to do the tasks they are assigned to, if not Luxoft are commited and open to make them to be at level required, providing courses, trainings, knowledge share meetings, etc.

most of my team have been working for a long time and we are like friends, very experienced friends :)

Depending of the project of course, but I do think generally they are not checking whether if you are in or not certain amount of time, it is just matter of getting the job done and that is it.
