I love the plan that we all come up with and how we actually make steps to move towards our goals. It's not just talk, everything here is done with intention

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think it's super generous that Mambu pays for our entire health benefits. We're so lucky to have that. I love how Mambu also considers our health a priority and gives everyone 20 days for vacation and in the summer 4 day work weeks. It's great

What are some of the best things about your team?
Even though my entire team is abroad and many miles away, we always stay connected to have clarity on what everyone is working on. We meet twice per week and discuss anything that could be holding us back. I love how quickly we can address them rather than waiting to hear back etc

As respective days are very busy. No matter how tough, we always take a keen interest in our well being to ensure health first. This sort of human care isn't always found in the workplace. It makes a difference!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have team building activities where we can get to know eachother better at a personal level which then has a positive effect when we work together professionally. It's a fun place to work and sometimes I even forget I'm working haha
