Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a part time employee I give 100% and beyond at Marshalls and my concerns are not addressed concerning a key holder who used her privilege to attack a minor who was my daughter and when question she lied 2 other shoppers heard her and how disrespectful she was.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Mostly positive attitudes excluding management The cashier/associate employees are very supportive and kind general management and corporate should take notes
