I don't feel unappreciated, on the contrary. Nowadays, it is difficult to get ahead as a young person without further training. I benefit from training and so does the company. To continue my education, I logically get less pay because I can't work 100%. It's a bit difficult to live on this salary.

The company building has a good climate, good light, quality furniture, different areas for different ways of working. All colleagues from all kind of departments are helpful. Colleagues value the collaboration, the human interaction and the common thinking is end-to-end. We all contribute together.
