Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary is not competitive to market, bonus structure is also lower. Insurance benefits are very expensive and coverage not what you’d expect from big pharma.

End the legacy company divide that still persists, as well as the negativity that came with it. Everyone too busy to collaborate effectively

The autonomy in being able to get my work done. Also, the cross-departmental support and collaboration is unlike any other.

People frequently use critical and analytical thinking to improve SOPs and avoid excessive bureaucracy. Sharing experience and training newcomers is welcomed. People mostly help each other and do not blame peers for mistakes.
