They listen and they are there to help!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating employees with respect. I'm not even sure they are aware we are human beings with feelings too. Get rid of the "if you don't like your job, we don't want you here anyway" attitude. We used to love our jobs. Now we hate them. There's a major problem.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management's response to any issue is to turn it around on how it is the employees fault. They literally do not care how miserable everyone on the team is. They only care when it is brought up just long enough to make sure we go back to keeping our mouths shut.

Able to interact and ask questions.

We all love helping people and that is what gets us to work each day. Until management pushes all of us to quit, at least.
