The retirement package. Not all companies nowadays offer that option. I'll be working knowing that at the end of the day, after I'm no longer strong enough to do what I'm doing now, I'm confident that I will not be a burden to my family members since I will be compensated.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
fair compensation for my role at other companies is considerably higher and the ability to work from home full time has been removed. Being forced into an office multiple days a week and having to spend upwards of 3 hours a day commuting do not fit with my view of a healthy work life balance.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Onboarding process was not thorough. Non-existent processes, company seems to want to accept the way they have always done things when there are better ways. Hitting brick walls trying to make changes for the better. Can't seem to get access to any of the products via VMs to be effective.
