What do you like best about the leadership team?
She genuinely cares about the doctors and staff., clients and patients and is excellent with communication. She goes above and beyond for us. BUT she constantly has to fight with corporate to get things for us.

upper management needs to make better effort to comunicate with employees.

Field leaders that are among the highest performers in the nation have seen laystaff, HMs, and DVMs receive significant pay increases out of necessity to keep them on our teams but increases for high performers are small.

Every single mistake is seen as a act of rebellion against my manager when it really is just a mistake. I would feel better about my compensation if I didn't need a part time job along with my full time job to pay my bills.

they care about the patients and each other, they are funny and great to work with and highly skilled.

The team is usually very understanding and able to adjust to each changing day. The work can be tough and days can get long, but they usually manage to keep a very positive attitude.

The team and the clients. We love to tell clients about their pets quirks that we noticed and clients are always pleasantly surprised when we remember their pets.

Better management hire somebody who knows what they are doing and can effectively handle staff concerns and manage them appropriately

the ease of communication with the manager and other vet. The next level person was not as good at responding and seemed very "corporate"

Interview was rushed and was less then an hour long

I know that I am making a postive impact on the practice by helping the doctors and techs with the lab work

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everybody treats each other poorly due to stress caused by management. The entire practice needs new staff and management.
