What is the best part about your compensation package?
The vision package and medical packages are really good

The benefits are amongst the best available. Full 401k match up to 7%, excellent health insurance, employee assistance program, on-site health facility, on-site gym, on-site cafeteria, etc. for employees on the main campuses, as well as additional programs for remote employees, tuition assistance.

The salary is very competitive. We are also provided with different perks and incentives throughout the year. Additionally, we receive a paid pension that we do not have to contribute to and up to 7% 401K match.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Just the right amount of meetings and discussion. Much of the decision making is done via internal messaging systems such as Webex chat spaces

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Navy Federal fosters growth In its employees

As a big picture they seem to take care of the employees but when it comes to individual departments it is negative. More mature individuals need to in leadership roles. Young managers have NO etiquettes and do not know how to speak to the older staff.
