What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked meeting a variety of people - not just my manager and maybe one person i would support but many of the connecting organizations (Cusomer Success, Support, Product Development, Marketing,..) this made me feel like i could step in and work with the team quickly - that everyone had a say.

Hold the promises you make and actually train your employees. It's not like you don't try you just don't train the people who are supposed to train so the bar is low
