What do you like best about the leadership team?
Adam Johnson started at NetJets over 20 years ago in the catering department. He is now CEO. He is a man of integrity and intelligence.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Paying pilots a competitive wage with other pilots in the industry. Their pilots are super stars at what they do. Leadership charges customers an excessive increases but wants to increase pay below market for all staff. Come on Net Jets....you're ruining the brand so many worked so hard for!!

I get to work with a very diverse group of professionals from both military and civilian backgrounds from 30+ countries, men, women, of all faiths, genders and orientations. A perfect team of creative, trustworthy, hardworking people

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to wake up and start making real impactful changes. Pilots are leaving. They are giving up careers here because of managment!!!!
