It's an interesting experience with a start-up feel that can be good and bad at times. Sometimes it feels like we're moving too fast on projects without ensuring quality of final products, which is discouraging and could be improved if the executive team pushed back more on short timelines

I am in a specialist role but many of my responsibilities are on par with the manager role. The work I do is comparable to the managers in my department, and the people on my team talk about how capable and competent I am, but I don't know if I see forward movement for me from specialist to manager.

Knowledge sharing is not optimal. Seems that often, the left hand doesn't know what right is doing. Company mtgs/Mondays could be more productive, share critical updates. Use Email for all company messaging instead of slack. Slack is overused.
