What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Executive leaders need work on creating a company identity. Departmental leaders need to work on roles and responsibilities

Sharing the needs of the business, touting the wins and creating inspiration through the losses. They need to have a different perspective in viewing Nextiva's workforce. This is an entirely different company than it was 18 months ago.

We need to get better at our values, especially Caring for our people. We are burnt out, and when you hear that work/life balance is not valued it's difficult to invest yourself as an employee when you don't feel you are truly valued and that 24/7 work is more important.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Timely market increases to reflect the position responsibilities.

I love working at Nextiva but my position here requires a lot of work & a lot of hours. I came in at a lower salary (because it's a great company) and unfortunately, they haven't made it a priority to increase my pay to fair market value, while bringing in others at that rate with increased budget.

At my level and per the market today, having bonus as apart of the total comp package is the baseline. Having minimum competitive pay, no bonus and working over 40 hours per week does not make one feel engaged.

We have opportunities to participate in different philanthropies, have a remote/flex workspace, and participate in different company competitions! There are so many ways to stay connected and feel part of the team.

Team meetings and opportunities to learn more about each other. I also enjoy the department's weekly coffee chats and the company hands all meetings. Lastly weekly newsletters (Xbert) that include tips, resources, announcements, & opportunities to join groups for fun virtual activities.

I'd like the autonomy and latitude to provide support, per what the business needs, not what my executive leader's OKRs say.

I feel that my voice is not hear and I'd like more team-building activities/happy hours to get to know our team.

Leaders (including executive leaders) need to be more thoughtful in how we do things. It is too reactive and nothing is ever thought through properly. It is just go do, but we never think about how we are going to get there. We need to start finishing and stop starting OKRs we can't finish properly.
