What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Do more than just send excessive daily emails saying "we need more money" and having such a hire to fire pathway for employees. Retention is clearly not important. Eric left, Christine left, countless managers have left, the AE turnover is insane. Tomas better use that $200m really well.

Nothing glamorous, The upside is there. Took over a role for a territory that has NEVER been worked, and the CM was a transplant. Started in 2021, but playing out of a 2017/2018 hole.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If it was competitive in the market

My job is literally being outsourced to a 3rd party that has a 10% close rate and pays their employees $4 an hour no commission. My leads, 60%+ of them, go to this cut-rate contractor when I need those leads to sell. When I don't hit quota my manager is all too happy to put me on discipline.

I was referred by a friend so I think that my experience was a bit different to many others. I talked to a few people before starting and had a good fit of experience for the role so it was all very straightforward.

Still early, but I feel like the role I'm in is not what was sold to me during the interview process.

Constant change, often for the worse. No real sales strategy other than "call more and sell more" meanwhile clients get overcalled and annoyed. Quota is way too high and never adjusts for YoY and current market trends. Zero quota relief for sick days or training. My manager unfortunately is unqualif
