Vacation and stock are okay

amount of vacation time is ample and costs are low

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the change in pension policy was a large misstep. I enjoy working here, but with losing my pension when I took on more responsibility with a new roll, that was a hit to my self worth at this company. If something better comes along I will leave with no reservations.

Willingness to help out whenever needed. I work with an excellent team.
