What does the leadership team need to get better at?
As a dialysis technician for this company I was grossly underpaid and undervalued. As someone who was delivering life savings services you would think have been compensated appropriately.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A salary that would allow me to provide for myself and allow me to have a savings account. Getting a raise higher than my medical insurance contributes that goes up annually.

Inclusivity and respect. Everyone has a voice and upper management is approachable

Management acting like management and not hiding in the office ignoring the problems in the clinics

Having shifts rather than 12+ hour days. Incentives for employees who take on extra shifts and who show up everyday.
