Nordic once prided itself on its transparency, and I feel a lot of that has been lost. When we ask questions about our benefits and compensation, we're given generic answers like "we're looking into it" or "we're competitive." Senior/exec leadership has also been totally absent from ERGs and DEI.

Bruce was a great leader and seemed to care about the employees at Nordic. Jim seems to care about bringing on more EY execs to our leadership team and seems to care about profits over our people. Jim seems clueless about how to message acquiring other businesses when team members saw paycuts.

When questioned about issues of fairness, the response is vague and defensive making excuses and placing blame rather than being open, progressive and putting in a more genuine effort to be transparent with all staff.

I'm actively searching for a new job and know that I'm not paid fairly against the market. It also doesn't help that to be on Nordic's family health insurance I would need to pay around $1700-$1800/month -- ridiculous! That amounts to a $22k+ pay cut per year just for health insurance.

The rate of attrition in Managed Services remains a big concern for me, and the fact that we are not having open, honest conversations about it is a big red flag. Attrition has led to teams being stretched very thin, and leadership has not really acknowledged this.
