Reorganization and restructuring of entire BPO Services team. There are to many redundancies, Technology gaps and Misinformation and miscommunication from the Account Services and Executive team to many clients.

Issues and suggestions are shrugged off because Dell sold NTT DATA a bad portfolio, Pay accordingly I made no compensation difference between my last role and this one Other than a increase in title from Manager to Director.

Reorganization and a Corporate road map the roadmap presented is lacking pertinent direction objectives time lines phases etc..
