Finding out what is going on at the workers level. They seem to have a meeting on their own and make decisions without talking to the tm's doing the job.

Keep our pay raises more in line with the local cost of living and especially with rising inflation. Even with the average 2-3% annual pay raise we're essentially taking a pay cut each year due to inflation. The wages and benefits at Nucor Seattle are not very competitive with other local employers.

Our vacation and raises/benefits are not comparable to others in the industry. Especially for technical staff. However, depending on your manager/site, you are able to flex your schedule within reason, which is nice.
