Some of the employees are great people, and make the long days better
the associates are positive and i understand that work is not going to be fun all the time but i shouldnt dread coming to work everyday in fear of being ran all over by my managers.
My coworkers know how to lend a helping hand when needed and to advocate when some of us need help.
My team is full of uniquely qualified individuals who ring a different perspective to the table. We all have different backgrounds making us unique and finding uncommon bonds in odd ways.
some associates are nice but the people who do their job and do it very well are not compensated as well as others who dont do as nearly as much.
