Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My hourly pay as a server is not too bad. But hourly pay as Takeaway is not enough to make up for the lack of tips due to an excessive amount of third party orders. Many shifts we get extremely busy and the majority of our orders are third party, which we don't get a penny from.

I took a $3/hr pay cut when I started working at Outback. I would feel better about compensation if benefits were offered to full time employees at 90 days instead of 1 year of service and if pay were more competitive

Almost everyone is fun and entertaining to be around. I have made a few friends whom I am grateful for.

We do have fun which is important. Nobody likes to come to work and be miserable.

I liked that my manager was attentive.

I had prior Outback experience which helped, but I spoke to the proprietor and got hired on the spot.
