Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I consider the company culture and autonomy a benefit to be weighed along with salary and other benefits, so collectively I feel Patra is close but off the mark in this area. Employee contributions for benefits are improving, but high and coupled with the lower salary band could deter some.

We work hard and have a lot of fun together! Lots of opportunities to share ideas and share time together. My peers are amazingly supportive and knowledgeable.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Patra encourages collaboration, idea sharing, improvement, and professional development. They don't just do lip service to maintaining "work life balance," Patra actually takes action to help employees achieve this balance. All this, in a fun work environment!! Simply the BEST!!

The interview process was thorough, which is important because they want to select candidates that are a good fit for the role and Patra's work culture.
