Having a free option for health insurance is incredible! Also having unlimited PTO is also a relief when starting at a new organization and still getting in some quality vacation time.

Employees are very proactive with owning culture at peerstreet. We seem to have an environment that encourages people to take on company initiatives. For example, someone spearheaded an offsite at dodger stadium, and the company followed.
