Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Athens in Greece is not a cheap city to leave in. Greek are getting paid much less compared to employees in other countries but the cost of leaving in Athens is quite expensive. How you can survive if the rent is 600 pm and your salary is 800-1000?

The Brand Content Strategist team is what primarily runs the product that Persado promotes. Being overworked, overlooked and underpaid makes me feel undervalued. The executive team always emphasizes that we should help them to make the product better but little is done to help support the BCS team.

Most everyone seems comfortable just being themselves - a wonderful thing to see in the workplace. People are based all around the world and have all kinds of personal and professional backgrounds. Everyone is supportive and encouraging.

Everyone listens and cares, and there is a supreme level of organization and transparency. A lack of borders places emphasis on the work, and if you're personally ever unsure how to get started - since there can be some change and newness - there's always someone who can help you without judgment.

Their intentions are positive and good. And they do try to make changes when given feedback. People seem really into the Slack channels that promote individuality and encourage sharing hobbies amongst each other.

there is only US culture so if you are not in US there is no culture. The EMEA team acts as the SVP of CS (Mario) and Sales owns the company ignoring constantly the rest of exec team and Persado leaders.
