Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
WFH and remote working is undervalued; compensation is near average. Only the company pension contribution can be seen as a positive, while other benefits are lacking, such as more holidays, financial support for home office setup and higher % bonuses/salary increases.

Very supportive, diverse, transparent, cooperative. Independent yet collaborative colleagues who make the effort to bond when possible, whether online or in person.
