Leadership had worked from the bottom and not only have they proven themselves but they also are still the hardest workers, the most competitive and organized individuals in the company. They lead by example and help set us up for success in every way possible.

100% commission, would be better to slightly lower commission rate and increase base pay. Higher employee retention would follow
