Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My job description does not match my current roles and responsibilities. I am gravely underpaid, especially when compared to roles in other companies with the same JD.

When I see that people I help are able to thrive in the work we do. As a trainer, nothing make me happier than seeing my team mates happier.
