What do you like best about the leadership team?
The amount of communication and information shared during company meetings, emails and slack. From the CEO to other executives, they are all approachable and spend time on calls with their organizations.

Benefits are better than the federal government, hospitality companies. Good total benefits package!

Holiday pay is nice. I wish pay could be re evaluated but the opportunity to make money is still there with effort. my work life balance is easy to maintain.

Pay raises based in merit and even tenure are a joke. No practical recognition program.
