Our leadership team is super relatable. When I was first hired, HR set up meetings with each of our C-level leaders, so we could meet them, ask questions, etc. In a rapidly growing company, I was impressed by the way they prioritized this kind of welcome and open communication.

RFP360 Business Unit as a whole seems to stand on an island. It needs better accountability and proper leadership. Communication down and across the organizational tree needs to improve.
