Jo-Ann Stores: very poor. I initially started as a non seasonal employee, but then the busy time of the year ended and I was no longer given any hours. I fought to keep at least a few a month. over the course of a year I was scheduled dwindling hours all the way to nothing, despite still being employed. not happy.

Goodwill: Goodwill does not care about their employees or them having any kind of family life. The drama is rampant.
Cleveland Clinic: The feeling of care and welcome by every single staff member. The staff is empathetic and everyone knows that their patients need to be "wrapped in cotton" every step of the way. The doctors, too, are incredibly knowledgeable and dont hide behind a computer during a consult.
UberEATS: I like the fact that I'm my own boss and that I don't have to answer to anyone. All that being said, I have to work 11 or 12 hours a day to make real money on Uber eats even me with less time with my family. It's a great job, but I wish we could make more with less hours.
Dollar General: It is Work and hurry up and wait.

Kroger: There seems to be a major lack in organization and care for individual employees needs. I would go as far as to call upper managment ableist and uncaring. Full fresh and friendly is difficult to uphold when you are constantly berrated for being un-trained.
Accenture: 4 months in and I'm already in therapy. There is zero tolerance for mistakes here, for a technology company, red tape is aplenty, too many redundant tools, and MS Teams just worsen my anxiety.
Johnson Controls: JCI has a great history with a strong "engineering first, quality first" culture. This culture is being gutted by short term, "quarterly capitalism" thinking by the C-Suite.

Netflix: Netflix caters to everyone in the family. They have something for every taste and every mood. My mom loves their documentaries on wildlife and nature, my sister and I love the movies and shows, my niece loves the music shows and my nephew loves the superhero content.
GUESS: They dont respect my schedule they make me clock out up to 30 min before the correct time. So due to i am an hourly employee i loose money because of that situation and all because they want to close the store sooner. Which i think its not fair for me and my coworkers

Geisinger Health System: The company has good intentions, and dedicated to serving the local communities. However, it still deals with repercussions from prior changes made by former CEOs.

Cracker Barrel: I started at my job almost 5 years ago, im a grill cook and i enjoy my job alot. When servers come back and let us know the guest is satisfied im pleased to know they got what they wanted.
FedEx: The fast service with a variety of options.
McDonald's: Sisce i start at my job, the environment of the job is not good, there are rumors and gossip all the type, the manager in charge of the schedule do not give enough hours and they treat that as a joke, and the preference for some employers is really something that you can notice.
Verizon: Customer satisfaction is very poor. Lots of wrong decisions by higher management to have dismal financial results in the last 5 yrs.
W.W. Grainger: great listeners and a lot of tolerance
Brinker International: I was told I would get a raise when i learned my first station on the line, and i was lied to.
Subway: good taste. i love it
Goodwill: Unorganized,missmanaged,unfair treatment,big bosses not stickin their nose up,when we are the ones makin them money,they act like your non-existant

Dollar General: Reach out to customers! For almost 10 years my customers knew I cared and gave everything I had to them and my store. On several occasions customers witnessed upper mgmt treating me bad.
Dollar General: Maturity, customer friendliness, willingness to HELP, uniform ware, communication.
Dollar General: Corrupt Management , lack of appreciation to the employees , not getting paid , not enough hours , horrible environment.

PetSmart: Culture used to be the best, but since going private and many executive changes, the good days of valuing employees and being a fun and rewarding place to work are long gone. It's very sad to see.
Weis Markets: When my hard work is recognized and when i am trained to learn more things. My goal is to become a front end manager! I love making customers happy. I just want a raise and for my hard work to be recongized.

Fred Meyer: Its been good and bad. My coworkers are great, but corporate decisions and rhetoric, overall culture, thumbs down. Lots of lip service about how they care about their employees, nope. No hourly hazard pay durring covid, no longer get anything at Christmas. Full time mostly a thing of past. It's sad

Ralphs Grocery Company: Reliability of products, location of produce is usually in the same spot in every store I think and neatly organized, nice selection,nice cheeses (temporarily vegetarian from vegan), etc.I've been going to Ralph's since I was a toddlerThe brand is a lifeline for me right now with the clearance items
GKN: fair, expectation, patience, diversity and inclusive
PPD: We work hard together and really pay attention to how we can help one another. It is not a competition at all and everyone is willing to slow down and help anyone else.

The GEO Group: The company use to be great. But recent changes have made it a poor place to work.

TaskUs: Nowadays, I feel like TaskUs’ focus has shifted from being a people-first company to being a revenue/numbers-first company. TaskUs used to be more considerate to their employees, giving them more opportunities to improve their performance
DENTSPLY SIRONA: For the most part positive only if you are able ti block out the outside noise mainly caused by incompetent leaders.
Smithfield: Mixed feelings. Lower-ranking employees are great and work the hardest, while a large portion of Leadership can use some work.
TaskUs: So far, so good. Loving it here.
Amway Corporation: Poor leadership means that the company has not had a clear strategy for quite some time.
Old Navy: Can be a fun place because of the people, but unfortunately it doesn't weigh out the cons. Credit cards have become the bane of the company's existance, and the pressure can be felt from upper mgmt if goals are not met. seems like we have to harass customers to make a sale/open a card. Seems fake
H&R Block: Its a good place to work.
TopGolf: My experience with Topgolf has been so satisfying. I am so thankful for the endless opportunities it provides for me and the level of growth I have made working there.

Hobby Lobby: The manager plays favorites and takes hours away at the last minute, including full days - when you are literally almost out the door on your way to work. She is passive aggressive and wont deal with employees one on one.
Raytheon Technologies: This is a company that can best be described as good ole boys, ensuring they bolster each other by shunning anybody who doesn't conform and keeping the marginalized in the margins. Got a disability? Be prepared to experience ableist comments in every conference room.
Marco's Pizza: Owner and lake jackson gm
Spectrum: Customer Service, Billing & Tech Support communicate well with each other and seem to have the customer as their focus. The system with which these people have to work with could use a bit of tweeking.
Advantage Solutions: First started out great then all the sudden as of yesterday they decided to cut everybody's job like we have a month notice that we're not going to have a job anymore
KSB: It is just simply the best
Chick-fil-A: They treat there employees Like garbage they will throw you outside no concern of the weather hot or cold and make you stay out there for your whole shift except for your 30 minute break and then when you're cold tell you to buy the $60 Chick-fil-A jacket and Write up for anything else

Cognizant Technology Solutions: I have worked at cognizant technology solutions for 8 months; I wouldn't recommend cognizant for freshers. Because companies like cognizant mostly put freshers on bench where freshers couldn't learn anything and they wouldn't get any expereince by working there. But cognizant is good for expereince
TaskUs: I have had a positive overall experience here due to its convenient location near my home. I appreciate the pleasant atmosphere, even though work can be challenging at times.
Applebee's: I've had a bad experience as an employee. I went to my managers about some concerns that not only bothered me but other servers. That manager proceeded to let my coworker know what was said and who said it. It has created a very toxic work environment for me. Is that OK for a manager to do?
Five Below: Five below has been so great to me. I started as a seasonal associate and was promoted to CEM. Im very thankful for the opportunity to work for such a great company.
Burger King: Bad management cant keep employees

LSC Communications: I worked for LSC Communications for over 32 yrs and basically they are horrible and really don't know how to run a business(Executives,higher ups).The upper management only thinks about lining up their pockets.
McDonald's: It's an extremely toxic work environment for those of us.who aren't favorites I want to file a complaint to my HR

Lumen (formerly CenturyLink): Customer Service. Any time I've needed to troubleshoot an issue, I dread the interaction. Constantly have to re-enter information that's already been provided, approach does not seem to be customer focused, solutions are commonly not achieved.
