There seems to be a major lack in organization and care for individual employees needs. I would go as far as to call upper managment ableist and uncaring. Full fresh and friendly is difficult to uphold when you are constantly berrated for being un-trained.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Theyre all hard working and very dedicated to their positions. I am able to ask questions and recieve feedback/help when I need it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture and environment seems different between employees and management. They seem unaware. The culture is taking care of yourself and expecting to hold your own for your department.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I did not recieve a paycheck my first 6 weeks of working. They have now been recieved but the timing has financially hurt me and i am unable to have reliable transportation to work.
