Spectrum: It has been nearly impossible to ensure that customer service reps are noting accounts correctly reflecting previous customer concerns. I have been billed for 11 months for a service that I can not use due to not having compatible equipment. $329.89 in fraudulent charges.

TaskUs: In starting it was nice experience, everyone was treated equally there was no partiality. If TL want there team in the office they will ask the whole team not only 1 or 2 agent, if there is emergency issue to any agent management had to look into it and provided them the wfh.

BAE Systems: This brand needs to actually provide a proper dress code and have a better understanding of inspecting employees and their work. Employees bringing alcohol onto the ships and walking around with zero decency in work attire is the epitome of an unprofessional work environment.

Clayton Homes: You will be so disappointed if you do business with this company. They use Jesus as their selling point, and they will not return your calls if you call for service. I have a brand new home with ceilings falling in, and they have sent two guys to repair the ceilings more than three times.

Husqvarna: I brought a brand new backpack made by Husqvarna six months ago. It worked two times, and I will no longer start. I've been waiting for two months for a back ordered coil wire. Poor quality in horrible customer service. They once were a good company, that is no longer the case.
Massachusetts General Hospital: Where appropriate, provide talented administrative staff with the ability to go outside their stated responsibilities to problem solve communication failures between groups. Individual providers are excellent, but if coordination with other groups is necessary poor health care often results.
KFC: Great atmosphere, and friendly coworkers.
Staffmark: PTO, paid vacation, better insurance, incentive bonuses.

Kaiser Permanente: The company refused to pay their employees yearly bonus which is under a contract. They have made statements that thier employees who earn 50k or less a year are being overpaid. Yet they make millions a year. Other hospitals are paying their employees more woth better contracts.
TaskUs: It's great for the first year. This year's experience with TaskUs became so draining because of the other Leaders' attitude of disregarding concerns of Teammates. I felt that we are not being heard enough.
Dillard's: Always giving you a good deal, customer service is always to be counted on, fashionable styles that are quality.

Express Scripts: Your database is inaccurate, you can barely use it. When you complain, all you get is an email asking for information you already have. You never do get an answer. I get emails daily asking me to order meds or they will be deleted. The history of my RXs is inaccurate! It's getting worse.

I was allowed to come in the next day and was fired after I finished my week schedule. No one said anything to me

JetBlue Airways: Worst experience I have ever had in my life. Customer service is atrocious, crew members are completely disrespectful and one got in my face. Canceled flight without notice, which ended up costing me over $4,000 with no compensation, nor any assistance in rebooting. Horrible.

Experian: Wonderful organization to work for. There's ample room for growth and career advancement. Leadership cares about the employees and the teams are high performing I love working for Experian.

Saks Fifth Avenue: I bought a V. Beard blouse paid $154, two weeks later it sells for $104. Called CS puts me in a long hold and the CS told me that the policy is to call the store 9 days after the purchase to get the price adjusted. I had no idea. Nordstrom always readjust prices. Very unhappy.
Family Dollar Stores: Hr is very hard to get in contact with. Aside from that no complaints

ADP: My colleagues have been amazingly supportive and friendly which I'm grateful for. The work is definitely challenging and the pace is fast which I take head-on as I enjoy pushing my limits and growing. Benefits in terms of insurance, PTO and the pay are disappointing.
IHG: HCV Customer service- Vincent (Corporate ID 081999) Orlando, FL, was condescending and sarcastic when trying to sell me on a "company" promo.
The Home Depot: Great customer service is a must and my experience with Home Depot cabinet renovation area has been atrocious. Going to Home Depot for this has been one of my worse decisions.
