Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

i think as i've worked at this company I've seen it grow in terms of diversity and competitive pay. i have enjoyed my time with the company, especially now that I feel I'm being paid what I'm worth, although I still experience top-down management issues such as prescriptive methods from execs.

they are very personable and nice upfront

my team is smart, funny, engaged, and helpful. they are a delight to work with and make this company worthwhile.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

more compensation would make me feel better. i am being paid well under a competitive, much less average, wage for my role both locally and within the company.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

great psychological safety, i feel like my team values my input and work, the work is rewarding and I can often see the direct payoff it has brought to the company
